At Dog Love Services, we want you (and your pup 🐶) to be happy with your purchase.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

For orders placed between 24 December and 21 January, you have 40 days from the delivery date to return your item.

To be eligible for a return:

We are unable to accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.

Returns are handled by mail only.

A return shipping label is included in your package at no extra cost.

A $7.95 AUD restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

There is no restocking fee for faulty or defective products.

Once your return is received and inspected:
