At Dog Love, we aim to get your furry friend's new gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Tranmere, South Australia.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer transparent flat-rate shipping to keep things simple:
- Australia Wide: $9.95 Flat Rate (2 – 5 Business Days)
- New Zealand: $19.99 Flat Rate (2 – 5 Business Days)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
International Shipping (New Zealand)
For our customers in New Zealand, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dog Love is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status online. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
