Order before 2pm Adelaide time on a business day and it leaves our Tranmere boutique that same day, packed and checked by hand. Orders after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays go out the next business day. Our shipping policy has the full detail.

Returns
Changed your mind, or the size is wrong? Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging, and we will refund or exchange it. Our refund policy has the full detail, including what we cannot take back.
To start one, email or text us. Returns go to the front of our queue and we answer them the same business day wherever we can.

Split it into four, interest free.
Choose Afterpay at checkout and your order is split into four payments, a fortnight apart. You get the order straight away and pay no interest on it.
