Order before 2pm Adelaide time on a business day and it leaves our Tranmere boutique that same day, packed and checked by hand. Orders after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays go out the next business day. Our shipping policy has the full detail.

Changed your mind, or the size is wrong? Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging, and we will refund or exchange it. Our refund policy has the full detail, including what we cannot take back.
