Which size should I choose?
300 ml is plenty for most short walks. Pick 600 ml if you walk for an hour or more, hike, walk multiple dogs, or live with a large breed.
Are the poop bags included?
The bottle includes the dispenser slot in the base. Poop bag rolls are sold separately so you can choose your preferred biodegradable brand. Standard rolls fit.
Will the food and water mix?
No — the water and food tanks are fully separate, sealed compartments. The food stays dry, the water stays clean.
Will my dog actually drink from it?
Most dogs work it out in the first walk. The wide O-shaped trough gives them a familiar bowl shape — not a narrow spout. Hold it steady at chest height and let them sniff it first.
Does it really not leak in my bag?
The bottle has a sealed, leak-proof, odourless seal when closed. Make sure all compartments are fully clicked into place before tossing it in your bag.
Can I put ice cubes in it?
Yes — small ice cubes help keep the water cool on hot days. Avoid huge cubes that block the dispensing channel.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand wash with mild soap and air dry. Dishwasher heat can warp the dispensing valve and damage the seal.
Can I use it for cats too?
Yes — the wide O-shaped trough is designed for both cats and dogs. Useful for travel, vet trips, and cats that travel in carriers.
